Albany, NY – Coming up on In Our Backyard: Ward had a sit-down with Pete Grannis, the man Governor Spitzer has tapped to head up the Department of Environmental Conservation. Grannis' appointment is under attack by hunters and other groups. Also, a fisher was shot by police after biting an area woman. According to Ward, the fisher has rabies--therefore, woman will have to undergo treatment.
