Pace University Law School Is Renamed

Pace University has announced that it has renamed its law school in Westchester County.

The Pace University School of Law school is now the Elisabeth Haub School of Law. Haub was a renowned environmental advocate and philanthropist who died in 1977. A donation from Haub's family will establish an endowment for the law school and help fund its environmental law curriculum and other initiatives. The Elisabeth Haub School of Law is on the university's campus in White Plains. It is just the second law school in the country to be named solely for a woman. The other one is the Sandra Day O'Connor School of Law at Arizona State University.
