An evening of farm-to-table flavors, live swing music, and community impact

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass.- [August 18, 2025] – Stanton Home welcomes the community to the Harvest Roast Fundraiser - an evening of locally sourced food, live music, and the joy of giving back.

The Harvest Roast will feature grilled local meats, roasted vegetables from Stanton Home’s own gardens, warm apple crisp with Soco ice cream, and beverages-all set to the lively rhythms of the Lucky 5 Band. Known for energizing dance floors across the Northeast, the Lucky 5 blends ’40s-style swing and gypsy jazz, mixing original tunes with creative reworks of timeless standards.

For nearly 40 years, Stanton Home has been a cornerstone of the Berkshires, partnering with adults with diverse abilities to actively pursue healthy, self-determined lives. The organization provides a comprehensive residential program along with a variety of day programs, therapeutic services, and skill-building activities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Its farm store, weavery, and compost program are community-based initiatives that maximize local resources, support sustainability, and contribute to the Berkshires’ cultural and economic life.
By sourcing goods and services from nearby businesses, Stanton Home keeps dollars in the
community while preserving the region’s rural, sustainable way of life.

programs that make a lasting difference in the lives of our participants and the Berkshires as a

Guests will meet at the gardens for a signature cocktail and then gather at family-style farm tables for a shared meal, celebration, and connection. For groups interested in purchasing a full table, limited reserved seating may be available.
