Come to the Beacon Sloop Club’s beloved annual Strawberry Festival for a fun, family-friendly event on the shores of the majestic Hudson River. Featuring Hudson Valley locally grown fresh picked strawberries, homemade strawberry shortcake topped with real whipped creme, strawberry smoothies and other strawberry delights. Live music powered by two solar trailers. Environmental educational displays, many activities for children, and a variety of food and artisan hand made crafts and some free children’s activities. Free sails on the sloop Woody Guthrie sign up is at noon at the festival at the merchandise tent.  Bring a blanket, and enjoy the festivities of the day surrounded by the Hudson River.  Free Admission.
