Vigil Tonight For Kenneth White

A candlelight vigil for slain 5-year-old Kenneth White of the Albany County Town of Knox is set for tonight.

Sheriff Craig Apple says White was strangled and bludgeoned last week by his 19-year-old cousin, Tiffany VanAlstyne, who now faces murder charges. She initially told police White had been kidnapped by masked intruders, who had busrt sthrough the door of the family's trailer at 994 Thacher Park Road. If convicted, she faces 15 years to life in prison.

 The vigil takes place 7 p.m. at Kenneth White's former school, Berne-Knox-Westerlo Elementary.

Dave began his radio career as a “morning personality” at WABY in Albany.
