It's harvest season, and there's quite a cornucopia of great music festivals on the calendar this month:

Eastbound Jesus: "I Wouldn't Know" from their recent album Ruff Stuff, 'Nuff Said, playing at the free PearlPalooza fest on Albany's North Pearl Street on Saturday.

Booker T. Jones: "Time Is Tight" from Booker T. & the MGs' box set, headlining the free Albany Riverfront Jazz Festival at Jennings Landing on Saturday.

Alison Brown: "The Sound of Summer Running" from her album Stolen Moments, playing at the FreshGrass festival at MASS MoCA in North Adams on Friday-Sunday, September 18-20.

Julian Lage: "Familiar Posture" from his album Sounding Point, playing at the free Lake George Jazz Weekend in Shepard Park on Saturday, September 19.

Hot Tuna: "Embryonic Journey" from their album And Furthermore..., playing at the Speed of Sound Festival at Dutchess County Airport in Wappingers Falls on Saturday, September 26.

BLOTTO: "I Wanna Be a Lifeguard" from their album "Collected Works"
