Scam Advisory: We have been made aware that an online entity is posing as Joe Donahue to invite authors and other creatives onto our radio shows. The scammers then attempt to charge guests an appearance fee for exposure/publicity.

Saratoga Choral Festival

The fourteenth annual Saratoga Choral Festival will feature the choral music of Aaron Copland, including the rarely heard complete Old American Songs for chorus and full orchestra. Also on the program is the music from Bernstein's A Wonderful Town and selections from Candide.

Andrea Goodman joins us now to tell us more.

Andrea currently serves as the director of the Cantilena Chamber Choir and the Northern Berkshire Chorale in Western Massachusetts. She has been a visiting professor of conducting at the New England Conservatory of Music, and has served as Director of Choruses at Skidmore College and New York University.

Joe talks to people on the radio for a living. In addition to countless impressive human "gets" - he has talked to a lot of Muppets. Joe grew up in Philadelphia, has been on the area airwaves for more than 25 years and currently lives in Washington County, NY with his wife, Kelly, and their dog, Brady. And yes, he reads every single book.
