Albany, NY – In today's Academic Minute, Dr. Michael Webber of the University of Texas at Austin reveals that when we waste food, we are also wasting valuable energy.
Michael Webber is Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. He is also the Associate Director of the Center for International Energy and Environmental Policy in the Jackson School of Geosciences and Fellow of the Strauss Center for International Security and Law at the LBJ School of Public Affairs. He holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University.
