Albany, NY – In today's Academic Minute, Skidmore College music professor Dr. Gordon Thompson reflects on the legacy of the Fab Four.
Dr. Thompson earned his Ph.D. in ethnomusicology at UCLA. He previously served as chair of Skidmore's music department, and was web editor for the Society for Asian Music from 2001-2007.
Dr. Thompson is the author of Please Please Me: Sixties British Pop, Inside Out, and a forthcoming book called The Beatles in Process.
