WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock responds to reports that the Supreme Court plans to hear a case on a Mississippi law that would ban abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy. Dr. Chartock also considers whether Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer should retire.
