WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses reports that Israel's president may ask a rival of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to form a government, after Netanyahu failed to do so ahead of a Tuesday deadline.  Dr. Chartock also comments on a slew of anti-abortion laws recently passed by states across the U.S. Also in the headlines: Facebook is expected to decide whether it will reinstate former President Donald Trump's account on Wednesday.
