WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock reviews President Joe Biden's joint address to Congress Wednesday night, and considers whether the Democrat can bridge the political divide. Dr. Chartock also comments on South Carolina Senator Tim Scott's response to the speech. Also in the headlines: federal agents raided Rudy Giuliani's home and office Wednesday, as the Justice Department continues to investigate Giuliani's business dealings and ties to Ukraine.
