WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin III, who says he won't vote with his fellow Democrats to weaken or eliminate the legislative filibuster. Dr. Chartock also comments on a Morning Consult/Politico poll which finds a majority of Americans are OK with raising corporate taxes to fund President Joe Biden's infrastructure plan. Also in the headlines: Biden is expected to present a series of executive actions Thursday to address "ghost guns" and gun violence.
