Dr. Alan Chartock discusses reports that this month's presidential election was the "most secure in American history," according to officials with the Department of Homeland Security. 

Dr. Chartock also comments on reports that China has offered its congratulations to President-elect Joe Biden, and considers how some supporters of President Trump may view the election.
