The FBI says it’s offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for the shooting death of an 11-year-old Troy boy on Sunday.
Ayshawn Davis was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting Sunday night on Old 6th Avenue in Troy. The killing has rattled the small city.
