The Albany County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that killed two people in a New Scotland home early Monday morning.
According to WNYT, deputies reported to a home on Orchard Hill Road, where they found a 75-year-old woman and an 87-year-old man with gunshot wounds. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene and the man later died in the hospital. Police have not identified either of the victims.
