WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses President Trump's conduct since the killing of Iranian Major General Qassem Soleimani, including threats to Iran's cultural sites. 

Dr. Chartock also comments on reports that former National Security Adviser John Bolton will testify in President Trump's impeachment trial if subpoenaed. Also in the headlines: New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is expected to deliver his State of the State address at the start of the 2020 legislative session Wednesday.
