Dr. Chartock also recalls President Trump's 2016 campaign promise to "immediately" replace Obamacare, and considers whether former Vice President Joe Biden — should he win the Democratic presidential primary — would pick a Republican as his 2020 running mate.

Dr. Chartock also appears each week on The Media Project and The Roundtable and offers commentary on Morning Edition, weekdays at 7:40 a.m.
