Rochester police say a man has died after officers used a stun gun to subdue him during an arrest. Chief Michael Ciminelli says the man crashed a pickup truck into a house yesterday morning. He then crashed into a church and another house before locking himself in the cab of the truck. Cimenelli says an officer used a stun gun when the man charged out of the truck with his fists clenched.
