Democratic incumbent Sean Patrick Maloney is claiming victory in his closely fought race against Republican Nan Hayworth.
With all precincts reporting, unofficial vote tallies show Maloney leading Hayworth by over 1,700 votes. Maloney released a victory statement early on Wednesday morning.
Nan Hayworth has not conceded, saying the race is too close to call.
The race is a rematch of 2012's matchup.
