LIHEAP Cuts Could Leave Berkshire Families in the Cold

Berkshire County – The Federal Low Income Heating Assistance Program, or LIHEAP, is looking at a 40 percent cut this year, meaning that struggling families could have yet another hardship to deal with this winter. WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief Charlie Deitz reports on what the cuts will mean to families in Western Massachusetts
