Montpelier, VT – A new report indicates that Vermont's education spending is stable and has not been out-of-control, as some critics have charged. The think tank that authored the report says the problem with education spending is tied to Montpelier, not local school boards. WAMC North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
