Burlington, VT – The largest breast cancer surgical study ever conducted has just published its results in the journal Lancet Oncology. The ten-year clinical trial of a new minimally invasive procedure involved over 56-hundred participants and more than 230 surgeons at 80 institutions in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. On today's Community Corner, North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley talks with the study's lead author and researcher from the University of Vermont's Vermont Cancer Center.
