Massachusetts – Question Number Three on the Massachusetts ballot will ask voters to reduce the state sales tax from 6.25 percent to an even 3 percent. Proponents of the question say the state needs to cut taxes to stimulate growth while opposition groups worry that cuts will mean drastic reductions to state funded services.
