Pittsfield, MA – It's taken 6 years to get there, but the City of Pittsfield is celebrating the completion of its first phase of a mile long downtown revitalization project called StreetScape. WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief Charlie Deitz reports that Congressman John Olver visited the city Thursday evening to celebrate the work and to help get the next phase started
