Controversy Over Half-Way House Plans in Burlington

Burlington, VT – The Burlington Housing Authority will fight efforts by the city council to reopen the permit process for a new halfway house. The residence is for people recovering from substance abuse issues. WAMC North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
