Rutland, VT – Rutland, Vermont officials may run into a problem if they don't pass the municipal budget by next Tuesday. The city charter requires that the board to pass a budget by the beginning of the fiscal year July first. No one knows what will happen if the board fails to reach agreement on the still disputed fiscal plan. WAMC North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
