Vernon, Vt – The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is notifying the owners of 26 nuclear plants that they have shortfalls in funds dedicated to dismantling the reactors once they're no longer operating. The plants include the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Plant. WAMC North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
