Montpelier, VT – About 275 people attended a hearing in Montpelier earlier this week to voice their opinion on a proposed rule from the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources that would allow ATV connector trails on state lands. WAMC North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
