Phosphorus Report Leads to Repeal Recommendation

Montpelier, VT – The Vermont Agency of Natural Resources has released reports on the progress the state is making to reduce phosphorus runoff into Lake Champlain through its Clean and Clear Action Plan. The recommendations include changing part of a law targeting phosphorus pollution.
