Albany, NY – Jerry Seinfeld once said that he felt sorry for Wayne Knight because he ran the risk of forever being typecast as Newman--the post office worker that appeared regularly on Seinfeld. Knight has starred on Broadway in Sweet Charity, Art, Mastergate and Gemini as well as his film work in JFK, Basic Instinct, Jurassic Park and Dirty Dancing. He plays Sheriff Hartman in the Williamstown Theatre Festival production of The Front Page.
