Albany, NY – John Larson is back in the Congressional Corner this New Year's Eve and what better time to discuss plans for the new year. Larson is a member of the House Science Committee and a proponent of Fuel Cell Technology. Today he tells Alan of his hopes for fuel cell development in the new year and how moving from a 'petro-economy' to a 'hydro-economy' could benefit the US from environmental improvements to lowering dependency on foreign oil.
