Albany, NY – WAMC's David Galletly takes the reins in The Congressional Corner this week in a conversation with Massachesets representative Richard Neal. Today they take up the topic of the funds requested to rebuild Iraq and a recent leak of the name of a CIA agent. David opens by asking Richard about the approval of the recent request for 87 billion dollars.
