DEC Hudson River Estuary Program

The Department of Environmental Conservation's Hudson River Estuary Action Agenda describes several threats facing the river -- runoff and contamination caused by increasing rainfall, invasive species that could harm indigenous fish populations, harmful algal blooms, and bigger boats.
