New Vermont Laboratories In Randolph Near Completion

New laboratories for the Vermont Agency of Agriculture and the Agency of Natural Resources are expected to be completed by next month.
Officials say the old laboratories were destroyed by flooding caused during 2011's Tropical Storm Irene. WCAX-TV reports the old labs were located in Waterbury, while the new labs will be in Randolph near the Vermont Technical College.

The new 36,000 square-foot building cost the state about $28 million, about $8 million more than what the state originally budgeted.
