WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses President Trump's claim that he has "total" authority in the coraonvirus pandemic, and the president's plan to cut funding from the World Health Organization.

Dr. Chartock also comments on reports that former President Barack Obama has endorsed former Vice President Joe Biden.
