WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses Marie Yovanovitch's expected testimony today in the impeachment inquiry into President Trump. 

Dr. Chartock also comments on a new poll where voters say the hearings will not change their views of the president, and considers whether Senate Republicans will draw out impeachment proceedings to keep Democrats off the campaign trail ahead of the 2020 election.
