WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses Bill Taylor, the top U.S. diplomat in Ukraine who testified Tuesday that President Trump withheld military aid to pressure the country into investigating former Vice President Joe Biden and alleged interference in the 2016 election.

Dr. Chartock also discusses reports that President Trump compared the House impeachment inquiry to a lynching on Tuesday.
