WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses tonight's Democratic presidential primary debate in Houston, and a Supreme Court ruling allowing the Trump administration to enforce its restriction on asylum seekers as it is challenged in court. 

He also comments on President Trump's plan to ban flavored e-cigarettes, and reports that Purdue Pharma has agreed to settle thousands of opioid lawsuits.
