Massachusetts Senator-elect Elizabeth Warren has tapped three top campaign aides to be on her Capitol Hill staff.   WAMC”s Paul Tuthill reports.

Warren announced Monday that  former campaign manager Mindy Myers will be her chief of staff. A senior campaign advisor, Dan Geldon will be deputy chief of staff, and political director Roger Lau will become her state director. In a statement, Warren praised all three for  their energy, dedication and years of experience.  Warren toured the state over the weekend to thank supporters. She stopped in Springfield and Worcester on Saturday, and Fall River on Sunday.

The record-setting tenure of Springfield Mayor Domenic Sarno. The 2011 tornado and its recovery that remade the largest city in Western Massachusetts. The fallout from the deadly COVID outbreak at the Holyoke Soldiers Home. Those are just a few of the thousands and thousands of stories WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill has covered for WAMC in his nearly 17 years with the station.
