With a large portion of the United States preparing for inclement weather, the State Weather Risk Communication Center at the University at Albany is monitoring the forecast. For more, WAMC’s Samantha Simmons spoke with Carson Clonan, a meteorologist from the center about the snowy forecast that has prompted New York Governor Kathy Hochul to declare a state of emergency.
