WAMC's David Guistina speaks with Ivan Lajara, Senior Editor of The Daily Freeman, about embattled utility Central Hudson saying monthly meter readings would require 40 new employees and would cost less than 0.5% to ratepayers. Local leaders have called on the utility's shareholders to pay for that cost.
