Rolling roadblocks are expected on Vermont’s Interstate 89 Friday morning.
Green Mountain Power is planning to conduct line repairs over the interstate between Richmond and Waterbury that will require rolling roadblocks.
The utility warns that both lanes of travel in both directions will be affected and traffic could slow to 5 miles per hour.
The needed repairs start at 9 and are expected to take about a half hour.
