2020 NY Primary Election Voter Registration Deadline Nears

The deadline for New York voters to register for the June 23rd primary is this week.
The State Board of Elections says eligible voters who want to participate in the June 23, state, local and federal primaries, including the Democratic presidential vote and thespecial election in the 27th Congressional District in western New York, must register by May 29th.

Mail-in voter registration forms must be postmarked by midnight May 29.

County boards of elections are accepting in-person registrations, but due to COVID-19 recommend registering by mail.
