The Albany County Town of Guilderland may choose its next top cop this week.
Agenda item number one for Tuesday’s town board meeting is to consider the appointment of Captain Daniel McNally as police chief effective January 16th, 2020.
McNally has been a member of the force since 1988. He was given recommendation from the town’s Interview Committee to succeed Police Chief Carol Lawlor, who is retiring.
