Saratoga Springs Names New Fire Chief

Saratoga Springs Fire Department Captain and Shift Commander Joseph Dolan will become the Spa City’s 15th Fire Chief.

Public Safety Commissioner Peter Martin made the announcement Thursday.

Dolan replaces Chief Bob Williams, who will retire in February.

Dolan has 20 years of experience within the department and more than 25 years of field experience as an EMS provider.

Three other promotions within the department were also announced Thursday.
