The Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Senior High School will be open Sunday and Monday for grief counseling after the death of a student.

Junior Deacon Martucci was involved in a fatal accident Friday night.

“Our sincerest condolences go out to the Martucci family and Deacon’s friends and teammates,” said High School Principal Tim Brunson.

The school district says counseling and support services will be available Sunday from noon until 2 p.m. and Monday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Additional counseling can be scheduled by dialing the high school’s main office at 518-399-9141, ext. 83300.
