A mental health worker faces felony and misdemeanor sexual misconduct charges after he was accused of sexually abusing a patient in Saratoga County.
62-year-old Brett Klersfeld of Valatie allegedly engaged in oral sex with a patient in the Town of Malta.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s office says the victim was incapable of consent by virtue of her being a patient and he being her mental health provider.
The conduct allegedly occurred between October and November of this year during treatment sessions.
