A new executive director has been chosen for a convention center in Saratoga Springs.
Ryan McMahon, who has served as Operations Manager for the Saratoga Springs City Center since 2011, will lead the events center next year. He was elected Wednesday.
McMahon previously worked as Event Supervisor at the University at Albany and Director of the New York Times Company’s TimesCenter.
Outgoing director Mark Baker is retiring. He has led the venue, which has expanded over the years, since it was opened in 1984.
