The search continues today for a missing hunter in the Adirondacks. 82-year-old Thomas Messick of Troy has been missing since November 15th. Messick failed to meet up with his hunting party near Lily Pond in the Warren County town of Horicon.

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has been providing updates to the search on its Facebook page. DEC says 265 searchers were on the ground Saturday. DEC officials were assisted by State Police, Albany County Sheriff's Deputies, Department of Corrections and Community Supervision Moriah Shock Camp Corrections Officers, volunteers from regional fire departments, family and friends.

The State Police Aviation Unit and a State Police dive team have also been involved in the search.
